Step 1 – We discuss your requirements, what furniture you would like to be left or moved and give you estimated drying times and an exact cost.

Step 2 – Prepare the room to be cleaned, spray the solution onto the carpet and agitate into the pile with the very latest and best carpet agitation machines.

Step 3 – Now the pile is lifted and already looking much fresher with ground in dirt lifted to the surface and most marks or stains already out…the extraction takes place

Step 4 – Here at Refresh we use the most powerful water extraction machine in the World to rinse and suck away the dirt leaving your carpet and clean and dry as possible.  Drying times do vary depending on the thickness of the carpet and humidity etc. this will be discussed prior to cleaning.
